He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sandy Wickwire and Richie Leighton; and his cousin Devin Marcy. He is survived by: his parents, Tracey Wickwire and Gyla Leighton of Towanda; his stepmother Julie Wickwire of Wysox; his brothers, Craig Smith (Alyssa Manahan) of Towanda, Jason Wickwire of Wysox and Logan Ackley (Karlei Anderson) of Towanda; his nephew Asher Smith; his grandparents, Kathy Johnson of Monroeton and Scott Wickwire of Wysox; his aunt Dee Spencer (Shane); his uncles, Shawn Johnson (Jill), Larry Leighton, Brian and Brad Wickwire; and his cousins, Allison, Alaina Wickwire and Taylor Mulcahy.

The family suggests that contributions be directed to the YMCA Children's Programs, 9 College Ave. Towanda, PA 18848 or to the Towanda High School Golf Team, 1 High School Drive, Towanda, PA 18848 in memory of Andrew Scott Wickwire.
