He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Bixby and Margaret Foster Bixby; and his brother George Bixby. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. "Beth" Bixby (Olmsted); his children, Brian McNeal (Christine) of Ithaca, NY, Steven Bixby (Lynne) of Dover, PA, Brenda Enders (Mark) of York, PA, Michelle Densberger (Rob) of Bloomsburg, PA and Barbara McNeal of York, PA; his grandchildren, Justin, Chelsea McNeal, Lacey Densberger, Brice, Matthew Bixby and Sabrina Jacoby; and his brother Harold E. Bixby of Wyalusing. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, several nieces, and cousins.
The family suggests that contributions be directed to the Oak Hill Cemetery Association, in care of Frank Miller, Secretary-Treasurer, 602 South Fourth St., Towanda, PA 18848 in memory of Robert James Bixby.
