She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Guay Storm; her parents, Daniel Bucy and Ada Bucy (Hoobler); her son Richard Guay Storm, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Judith Ann Miedema of Ohio.
She is survived by: her daughter Candace; her son-in-law Andrew Martinez of Wenham, Massachusetts; her son Paul "Jay" Storm of Canton, Georgia; her sister Eleanor Pavlik of Steubenville, Ohio; her granddaughter Maia Nichole Storm of Savannah, Georgia; and her nieces and nephews, Albert Pavlik, Virginia Exley, Charles Pavlik and Carol Fisher.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ada's name to Kaplan Family Hospice House, 75 Sylvan St, Danvers, MA, 01923 or the Brooksby Village Benevolent Fund, 100 Brooksby Village Dr, Peabody, MA, 01960.
