He is survived by: his siblings, Catherine Prokop, Rose Marie Kensler, Joseph Kensler and Edward Kensler; his son David Kensler; his grandchildren, Ashley Debnam, Nicole Glover, Johnny Applegate, Shawna Applegate-Rusnak, Erich Applegate, Rhianna Applegate and Rafael Ernesto Valle; his niece Rose Marie Wilcox Kensler; his nephews, Tom Prokop, Edward Kensler, Donald Kensler and Ronald Wildblood; his wife Barbara Ford; and his son-in-law Ernesto Valle.
