She is survived by : her children, Naresh K. Vazirani (Masako Katamoto) and Kavita Vazirani-Helsel (Douglas); her grandchildren, Surya Katamoto-Vazirani, Karishma, Ava and Benjamin Helsel; and her sister Leela Vaswani. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
