He was predeceased by: his parents, John Revis and Helen Revis (Ellersick). He is survived by: his wife Theresa A. Revis (Ruggiero); his daughter Nicole Stelmach (Revis); his son-in-law Michael J. Stelmach; and his siblings, Stephen Revis, William Revis, Fred Revis, Paul Revis, Susan Revis and Louise Sobke. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in honor of Peter Revis.
