He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert S. Taylor and Nora Ellen "Dolly" Taylor (Weirich). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. "Dotty" Taylor (Parke); and his siblings, Dennis Taylor of York, Randy Allen Taylor of Chambersburg, Dena Apple of Myrtle Beach and Cindy Unger of Shippensburg. He is also survived by two children, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
