He is survived by: his children, Sandra K, Candra N. Bretzman (Roy) of Aspers and David P. Cook (Tracey) of East Berlin; his grandchildren, David P. Cook, Jr. (Miranda), Zachery D. Starner (Chelsea), BreAnna J. Barry (Zachery), Joseph W. Starner and Shawney J. Cook; his great grandchildren, Cameron Groomes, Sophia Cook, June Barry and Anna Barry; and his siblings, Russell B. Cook (Marie) of Carlisle and Patricia L. Shannon of Mt Holly Springs.
