With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Adonna J. Barshinger (York, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Adonna left this world on September 26, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Martin L. Barshinger, Jr.; her parents, George N. Sr. Filmore and Florence E. Filmore (Dietz); and her siblings, George Jr., Mary and Nancy.
She is survived by: her children, Master, Kenneth E. Barshinger (Debra) of York, Brian N. Barshinger (Jodi) of York and Lisa A. Wagman (Mark) of York; her grandchildren, Jason, Matthew, Nathaniel, Natalie, Kyle and Morgan; and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Braxton, Elianna, Karina and Palmer.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (1551 Kenneth Rd, York, PA 17408). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
