She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gwynn Campbell and Laura V. Campbell (Echert); her spouse Francis William Carroll; her son Gwynn Carroll; her sister Paula Wise; and her granddaughter Kelly Ramsburg.

She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne V. Ramsburg of Hampstead, MD and Frances L. McGonigal of Westminster, MD; and her brother Charles Campbell of Pittsburgh, PA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
