He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph A. and Mary E. Frank (Carn); his wife Darlene Frances Frank (Thomas); and his siblings, Elizabeth Reilly, Marjorie Stiffler, Ralph Frank, Thomas Frank, Eleanor Zimmerman and Carl Frank.
He is survived by: his children, Craig A. Frank of Etters and Kimberly E. Reilly of York; his brother John A. Frank (Jenny) of Hollidaysburg; his grandchildren, Derek Frank, Selena Davis, Devon Frank, Shea Reilly and Alonna Reilly; and his great grandchildren, Riley Davis, Connor Frank and Julian Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
