Carter, Sr.; her grandchildren, Aaron Wilson, LaKiesha Liggins, Michael Day, Yvonne Carter (Charles) and Winnon Carter, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Sa'Mir, Taylor, Jordyn, Mylesha, Daysha and Tiajah; her great great grandchildren, Daysawn and Jayceon; her brothers, Frank Williams (Jesse) and Herman Williams (Shirley); her sisters-in-law, Margaret Williams, Vivian Williams and Wanda Williams; and her siblings' children, Betty Brown and Jerome Martin.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bishop Small Memorial AME Zion Church (401 S Queen St, York, PA 17401). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Susquehanna Memorial Gardens (250 Chestnut Hill Rd, York, PA 17402).
