He is survived by: his children, Kristy Nieves (Ivan) of York, Ruby Vazquez of York, Carlos Vazquez of York and Jose Martinez of Florida; his partner's children, Chrissy Orr of York and Ted Orr of York; and his siblings, Alicia Vazquez and Noel Vazquez. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
