He is survived by: his children, Arthur G. Carr Jr. of Las Vegas, Van Allen Jackson of Philadelphia, PA, Lena Holland (Norman) of York, PA, April Washington (Carl) of Charlotte, NC, Lynn Carr of Charlotte, NC, Sherry "Missy" Lyles of Reisterstown, MD and Karen A. Smith (Henry) of Desoto, TX; and his siblings, Ronald Carr (Elaine) of York, PA and Martha Anderson (Montouth) of York, PA. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and cherished friends.
