She was predeceased by: her parents, Julianna Lazar and John Lazar; her husband John Erni; and her siblings, Margaret Birloncea, Helen Paszkan, Silvia Rodu and John Lazar.

She is survived by: her children, Beata May and Csaba Erni; her grandson Seth Otto Erni; and her partner Dana Eugene Taylor.
