She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorene Wallick (Lewis) and Urie Wallick; her husband Joseph Galka; and her sister Colleen Hoffman. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Yingling (Bruce), Vicki Poole (Ed), Sandy Herbst and Angie Taylor (Ron); her grandchildren, Ryan Yingling (Katie), Erin Yingling, Shaun Herbst (Kristina), Landon Herbst (Sara), Megan Poole (Preston Litchfield), Michael Poole (Nicole Sherman), Isaac Taylor (Aspen Diodato), Ali Taylor and Elijah Taylor (Sophia); and her brother Urie "Jim" Wallick.
