She is survived by: her spouse Thomas William Izat; her children, Donna Hull (Mark) and David Izat (Lynn); her granddaughter Becky Hull (Peter Harrison); and her brothers, John Taccino, Michael Taccino, Jim Taccino and William Taccino.
