She was predeceased by: her mother Genevieve Stough Eck; and her siblings, David Eck and Carole Hoke. She is survived by: her father Lawrence Eck; her children, Mark Stultz (Miranda Telollari-Stultz), Stephanie Stultz Capo (Jeffrey Capo) and Deborah Stultz (Thomas Jaehnigen); her granddaughters, Sydney Ellison, Addy Smith and Caroline Capo; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Wren and Milo. She is also survived by nephews and a niece; and cousins too numerous to count (her father was the oldest of twelve.
Her family requests any memorial donations be made to the SPCA of York County, from where Barbara adopted two much-loved kitty companions; or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, where Barbara provided donations much of her adult life.
