He is survived by: his wife Naomi Brooks (Burton); his children, Gennean Croker (Tyrone), Lisa J. Goss, La'Tea B. F. Dennis Liggins, James R. Goss, Willie L. Goss (Tasha) and Robert F. Goss; his siblings, Fred Brooks, Margarita Brooks and Yvonne Beard; and his aunt Shirley Mangum. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Friendship Baptist Church (401 E Market St, York, PA 17401). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
