She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey G. Brown and Sara Merna Brown; her spouse Thomas A. Neff; and her siblings, Bruce L. Brown, Brenda E. Zepp and Mildred E. Brodbeck.

She is survived by: her sister Bonnie L. Strayer of York, PA; her children, Thomas O. Neff (Kristin Speers) of Newville, PA, Wendy S. DeBona of Charleston, SC and Cindy L. Layenddecker (David) of East Berlin, PA; her granddaughter Leah McMaster (Brian); and her daughters, Emily Kotzman (Ben), Heather Sunday (Kevin) and Madalyn Neff (Brendan). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
