She was loved and cherished by many people including: husband: James A. Bialcak; parents: Harry Seager, Sr. and Kathryn (Carrigan) Seager (Blockinger); children: Lester L. Witmer, II (Vickie), Kim D. Rineholt (Shawn Rineholt), and William Bialcak (Shelly); sister: Connie Horner (Gary Horner); other: Dr. Blymire, Dr. Roth, Pastor Tom Adams, Kelly Adams, and Tom Adams; and eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, three brothers, numerous nieces and nephews, and devoted caregivers.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc. (104 W Main St, Dallastown, PA 17313).
