He is survived by: his mother Donna Siple (Kise); his stepmother Charlene; his siblings, Dave Boring (Angie), Mary Jane Myers (Wayne), Terri Louey (Dwight) and Tracy Flowers; and his cousins, Jayne Myers and Tim Reigart (Teresa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
