He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Smith and Kimberly Smith (Sipe); his fiancée Megan Miller; his siblings, Tyler Smith (Destiny Evans), Alyssa Smith (Cody Myers) and Kyle Godesky (Rose); his siblings' children, Raelyn Myers and Tucker Smith; and his grandparents, Evelyn Smith, Karen Frey and John Wisner (Sammie Wisner).
