She was predeceased by: her grandfather Warren Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Blake, Javian, Rosalinda, Antonio and Charlie; her parents, Matthew Farrell (Judy) and Rachel Farrell; her grandparents, Paula, Paul Burt and Deborah Lewis; her close friend Charles; and her siblings, Josh (Erica Farrell), Anthony Farrell, Cheyenne Allison (Dray) and Navaeh (Ryan). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
