She was predeceased by: her parents, Roseada Sipe, (Ferguson) and Glen W. Sipe, Sr.; her sons, William "Bill" Sipe, Vincent Sipe, David, Robert Sipe and Michael Sipe; her grandson Elijah Sipe; her great great grandchild Ayami G. Baxter; and her siblings, Glen Jr., Barry, Robert, Dale, Betty, Grace, Jean and Joan.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Sipe of York, Tina Beatty (Jomo) of York, Roman Sipe (LiSandra) of Dover and Vidal Sipe (Michelle) of Hickory, NC; her nephews, David Sweeney (Monique) of Virginia and Harold Sweeney (Janet) of Virginia; and her sister Barbara Sipe. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
