She is survived by: her mother Catherine Slaybaugh (Speelman); her husband Keith Minnick; her daughters, Jessica Tawney (Larry), Julie Benson (Justin), Joanne Bingham (Chad), Catherine Minnick and Rebecca Minnick; and her siblings, David Slaybaugh (Lolivic), Roger Slaybaugh, Tim Slaybaugh, Pamela Riley (Greg), Rick Slaybaugh (Charlene) and Melissa Meyer. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
