She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Smith and W. Ward Smith; and her sister Nancy Moore. She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine J. Jennerjohn-Wolf and Susan B. Jennerjohn; and her grandchildren, Carly J. Wolf of York and Ryan A. Wolf of York.
The family would appreciate memorial contributions in Carolyn's name to either YS Dollars for Scholars (YSDFS, 1800 Hollywood Dr., York, PA 17403) at which an annual scholarship will be established in her name, or to the YWCA York Aquatics Program (YWCA, 320 E. Market St., York, PA 17403) where she and her daughters spend thousands of hours practicing and fundraising for the synchronized swimming team.
