He was predeceased by: his parents, Addison W. Dillon, Jr. and Betty J. (Hooper). He is survived by: his wife Amy L. Dillon (Shinaberry); his sons, Eric Dillon, Andrew Dillon, Justin Desrosiers and James Hutchison; his grandson Justin Jr.; and his nephews, Paul Mummert and Jerome Dillon.
