He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Downs Hazleton (Allen); his parents, George Downs and Rachael E. Downs (Fuller); and his son Charles F. Downs, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Spahr (David) of York; his grandchildren, Ryan Spahr (Rhianna) and Erin Snyder (Ken); and his great grandchildren, Kendall and Brady.
