She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Richard and Betty Ruth Lentz (Reimold). She is survived by: her siblings, Stephen Lentz (Suzanne) and Ann M. Gurreri (Joseph); and her nieces and nephews, Stefan Lentz (Leslie), Jesse Lentz (Mandy), Brittany Baldwin (Elliot) and Dominick Gurreri.
