She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Madison and Dorothy Eleanor Madison (Dugan); and her siblings, Arthur, Glenda, Mary Alwilda, Jesse Edward, James and Robert Madison.
She is survived by: her husband Ernie McDowell; her daughter Jenifer Talbert (Keith); her stepchild Ryan McDowell (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Ava, Ashlynd and Crosby Talbert; her sister Jan Yonkey (Ed); her sisters-in-law, Sherry Hudock (John) and Rhonda Madison; her nephew Dave; and her niece Cindy Madison.
