He is survived by: his parents, Alan Jensen and Gale Jensen of Penn Yan; his siblings, Janelle Backal (Kyle) of Farmington, Brittany Czworka (Joseph) of Geneva and Jeremy Jensen (Carolyn Eggleston) of Penn Yan; his grandmother Edith Snyder (Blondie); his nieces, Brielle Backal and Olivia Czworka; his aunts and uncles, Dale Jensen of Penn Yan, Fred Jensen (Donna) of Penn Yan, Cheryl Jensen of Lisbon, NY, Dawn Jensen of Lisbon, NY, Katie Nissen (Craig) of Rushville and Julie Brooks (Dick) of Clifton Springs; and his great-aunts, Doris Nielsen (Clem) and Flora Nielsen.
