He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Mazie Kleiser (Hamme) and Allen Hilary Kleiser; his wife Marie Jane Kleiser (Gebert); and his siblings, Hilary, Lester Kleiser and Carolyn Ann Schriver (Kleiser).
He is survived by: his children, Elaine Marie Mann (Kleiser), Stephanie Ann Hess (Kleiser) and Clair Eugene Kleiser, Jr.. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 3 nephews and one niece.
