He was predeceased by: his parents, Spurgeon W. Lehman, Sr. and Minnie E. Lehman (Roth); his spouse Nicolina P. Lehman (Iacono); and his siblings, Spurgeon Lehman, Jr. and Winifred "Dolly" Matthews.
He is survived by: his sons, Clifford E. Lehman, Jr. (Mary) of York and Michael D. Lehman (Debra) of York; his girlfriend Norma Jean Helock; his grandchildren, Susan L. Brooks (Heath), David M. Lehman (Brandy), Matthew T. Lehman (Brianna) and Holly J. Clinton (Colby); and his great grandchildren, Danielle Zoe Lehman, Olivia Brooks, Alec Clinton, Maxwell Lehman, Charlotte Brooks and Quentin Lehman.
