He was predeceased by: his parents, Chauncey A. Lentz and Jeanette R. Lentz (Hoffman); his sister Cathy Swisher; and his nephew Matthew Swisher. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie E. Lentz (Keech); his daughters, Nicole Lentz (Joseph Montanez) of King and Shanna White (Jonathan White) of York; his grandchildren, Dexter, Cora, Nolan and Miles; and his brother-in-law Steven Swisher.
