He is survived by: his mother Waynetta Sylvia Sipe Dubbs (Fink); his daughter Ena Sipe Warner (Shane); his grandsons, Austyn and Owen; his sisters, Beverly Zettlemoyer (Morris) and Mary Shorts (Mike Alexander); his stepmother Sandra Sipe; his nieces, Michelle Bazzle (Chas Caplinger), Amy Eberly and Taryn Shorts; and his nephew Mitch Sipe.
