He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred M. Gordon (Manning); his parents, Howard M. Gordon and Elsie C. Gordon (Ely); his daughter Diane Christiansen; his siblings, Harold Gordon, Eleanor Hake, Shirley Gordon and Dorothy Crumling; and his son-in-law Steven Christiansen.
He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Gordon (Tammy) of York, Richard Gordon of Hanover, Michael Gordon (Diane) of Lancaster and Donald Gordon (Patricia) of York; and his siblings, Clair Gordon, Larry Gordon, Clella Waltz, Stella Lloyd and Gloria Dettinger. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
