He was predeceased by: his father Robert Kallstrom. He is survived by: his mother Maureen Kallstrom (Israel); his wife Alexandra D. Gomes; and his children, Sarah Stump, Aeryn Moss and Dan Kallstrom. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
