He was predeceased by: his parents, David J. Moser and Wilma G. Moser (McManus); and his brothers, James and Bruce Moser. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Moser (Waters); his daughter Sarah L. Goetz (Martin) of Scotch Plains; and his grandchildren, Aidan and Millicent "Millie" Goetz.
