She is survived by: her mother Faye Forry (Uffelman); her husband Charlie; her brother Wayne Forry; her grandchildren, Taylor, Angel, Belle, Sara, Katelyn, Shelby and Kayla; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Brantlee, Emmy, Hudson, Carson, Ryker, Amberly, Aliyah, Lena, Arthur, Anya, Elias and Augustus; and her friend Lynn Yingling.
