He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlet Billet and Aileen Billet; and his brother Dale Billet. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Billet (Felty); his son Jeffrey Billet; his sisters-in-law, Janet Felty (Carol Downes) and Jane Billet Chapman; his granddaughters, Nicole Billet and Taylor Billet; and his great grandchildren, Autumn Swords and Miley Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
