He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bell and Marie Sier; his brother Donald Bell; and his stepmother Dorothy Bell. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne A. Bell (Holtzapple); his children, Duane E. Bell (Scott Smith) of York, Brandon S. Bell (Terrance) of Bensalem, PA. and Heather A. Eyster (Robert) of York; his grandchildren, Cody Bell (Myranda) and Ashlyn Eyster; his great grandchild Kenzleigh Bell; his brother Douglas Bell (Aneta) of Dover; and his brother-in-law Brad Holtzapple (Raili). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
