He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Boring and Nora P. Boring (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Charlene (Ray); and his children, Mary Jane Myers (Wayne) of Dover, PA, David Allen Boring (Angie) of York, PA, Terri Louey (Dwight) of Prior Lake, MN, Bradley Boring of York, PA and Tracy Flowers of York, PA. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirty one great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
