He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Atkins and Mary Atkins (Cunningham); and his siblings, Kathy Atkins and Joe Atkins. He is survived by: his wife Holly M. Atkins (Craig); his sons, Michael Atkins, Mark Atkins (Mary) and Matt Atkins (Gera); his grandchildren, Matthew, Chandanette, Summer, Chance, Ashleigh and Chase; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Dahlia, Daisy Mae and Beau; and his siblings, John "Ace" Atkins, Dave "Coo" Atkins, Jane Houser and Carol Hazel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
