Willoughby (Heberle); his sons, Scott Willoughby (Dana), Mark Willoughby (Rebecca) and Todd Willoughby; and his grandchildren, Cody, Laura, Cooper, Campbell, Carter, Cayden Willoughby, Alex and Connor Newby.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spry Church (50 School St, York, PA 17402). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
