Cosgrove (Stare); his children, Karrie Rowland (Robert) of Martinsburg, WV and Jeffrey L. Wolf of Red Lion; his grandchildren, Jill Sprenkle of Omaha, NE, Gary Gilberthorp, Jr. (Tracey Schmauch) of Perry Co and Denise Billet of Mt. Wolf; his great grandchildren, Summer Green (Tony Fletcher) of Red Lion, Andrew Billet of Mt. Wolf and Amanda Hiliar; his great great grandchildren, Kaelyn Savinon, T. J. Fletcher and Zerabella Billet; and his sister Lannah De Groft.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (35 Gotham Pl, Red Lion, PA 17356). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
