She is survived by: her husband John F. Jacobs; her sons, Russ (Lori) of York, Kenton (Patty) of York and Stanton (Jackie) of Knoxville, TN.; her grandchildren, Greg (Jalissa) of York, Erik of Charlotte, NC, Allison (Matthew) of Hendersonville, NC, Ryan of Atlanta, GA, Kyle (Monica) of Columbus, OH, Connor (Abby) of Nashville, TN, Thomas (Kaitlynn) of Ft. Stewart, GA and Holly of Frisco, TX.; and her great grandchildren, Eli, Spencer, Zoe, Maggie, Scottie and Remi. She is also survived by mother to her sons.
