She was predeceased by: her husband Richard W. Bowers, Sr.; her parents, William E. Blank and Lora K. Blank (Decker); her daughter Judith D. Bowers; her grandsons, Jeffrey Foster and Richard W. Bowers, III; her great grandchild Isaac Workinger; her son-in-law Gregory Bair; and her siblings, Leroy Blank, Thelma Hildebrand, Naomi Myers, Amy Plunkert, Erma Miller and Annabell Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce C. Foster (Jimmie) of York, Jeanne L. Bair of Hanover and Richard W. Bowers, Jr. (Mary) of Marietta, GA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
