It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Dapp (York, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 28, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Franklin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Dapp and Treva Dapp (Wagner); and his sister Clara Toomey. He is survived by: his wife Victoria A. Dapp (Sheeley); his daughter Nicole Dapp of Dover; and his siblings, Thomas Dapp of Nightdale, NC, Treva Puckett of York and Alice Beard of York. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
