He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling A. Greenawalt and Romaine T. Greenawalt (Heindel). He is survived by: his spouse Shelbia Jean Greenawalt (Diehl); his daughters, Judy E. Cutright of York and Dawn M. Greenawalt of York; his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith, Elizabeth Cutright and Tyler Clough; and his cousins, Edward Heindel (Jill) of Windsor, Kathleen Senft (Randy) of Vancouver and Doris Schiller of Emporium, PA.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (1551 Kenneth Rd, York, PA 17408). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
